Equipping students with the tools and techniques they need to take their singing to the next level!
Voice Lessons
Students learn healthy vocal technique while exploring a variety of genres and styles. Students also practice musicianship skills through the study of music theory, ear training and sight reading. Lessons are offered either in the Studio, Online, or a combination of the two. Private lessons are offered to students ages 8 and up.
Lessons in the Studio
Students are welcome to take lessons in the Studio for a vibrant and personal experience. Students enjoy working in a focused, hands-on environment.
Lessons Online
Online lessons are perfect for busy families. Students receive the same quality instruction with an integration of technology. Students and families enjoy the convenience and ease of this option.
Performances
Semi-Annual Recitals
Each semester students work diligently to prepare a musical theatre song for our Recital. They explore the rigorous process of choosing an appropriate piece, learning the basics, making it musical, and finally preparing it for the stage with acting and expression. Recitals are an opportunity to see how much students have achieved and to celebrate their hard work and success!
Concerts
Students in Middle and High School are encouraged to prepare a pop song, in addition to their musical theatre song, each semester. They have the opportunity to perform their pop song in an open door, "gig" setting. Through our Concerts, students learn to adapt their performance style to a different genre and develop their stage technique.
Competitions
Eligible students are assessed and compete annually in the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) Audition. They may also compete in several other local and national competitions throughout the year. Assessments and competitions are important for the continued growth and success of serious students.
Recording Services
We proudly offer professional grade recording services for both vocalists and instrumentalists. Clients will receive on-the-spot coaching and have their tracks professionally mixed. Whether recording song for a demo, an audition, a special occasion, or a gift for a loved one, we can work together to create a quality recording that will last forever.
About Me
I have had a passion for music and singing since childhood. From the age of 5 I have been performing in choruses, productions, bands and worship teams. I graduated from Florida International University in 2005 with a Bachelors in Vocal Performance. During my senior year of college I began teaching private voice lessons and quickly developed a love for music education. Since then I have taught chorus, musical theatre, music appreciation, theory, acting and voice in public schools, private schools, music schools and at my home studio. In 2020, I devoted myself fully to teaching voice lessons through Avesani Voice Studio. I love that I get to enrich the lives of my students by building their confidence and helping them achieve their goals on the stage.
